Fallen Phoenix - Inspired By Kanye's Runaway Music Video

This is one of my favorite photoshoots to date! This shoot was totally inspired by the Runaway Music video by Kanye West, which is part of my favorite music video story from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Here I did something I've never done before which is dye and apply feathers to skin. The process was interesting, I dyed the feathers with a couple different Rit dye colors. I glued them to Jas' skin using Mehron Spirit Gum (THE GOAT).

I made the headpiece as well. I glued 2 headbands together and added the broach and chains. This came out so lovely and I am always grateful for the opportunity to learn something new!
